Joan D'arc was born in 1412 France, Demrémy. She was born into a humble peasant family. When she was a young teen she started to hear voices of St. Michael, St. Catherine, and St. Marguerite. They were telling her about a man who would be a king: they were talking about Charles the 7th. But at the time, France and England were at war. Charles heard this and made her in charge of French troops. The French supported her, unfortunately she was captured by the British. Joan was accused of being a witch and burnt at the steak in 1431.
